Terms and Conditions​

Dog Walking in Secure Paddocks

All users must agree to these Terms and Conditions prior to use of Paddocks.

These Terms and Conditions permit the Client to use Kenny Hill Dog Adventure Park Paddocks 1 or 2 or 3 for exercising dogs, under close supervision.

By using the facilities at Kenny Hill Dog Adventure Park (hereafter referred to as KHDP) you (hereafter referred to as the Client) automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
Conditions means these booking conditions shall form part of the Contract between KHDP and the Client.

• KHDP has absolute discretion to permit or prohibit all types of activity on the land.
• The Client will use the Paddock at their own risk.
• Paddocks 1 and 2 are surrounded by a 5ft approx. fence, Paddock 3 by a 6ft fence. These are secure fields but not a prison. We cannot accept responsibility for any escapees.
• Booking is personal to the client and may not be transferred or sublet to any other person.
• The Client will keep the Paddocks and Car Park clean and tidy and will ensure that all litter be placed in the bin provided. All dog excrement MUST be picked up and placed in the dog poo bins. (not picking up after your dog could result in the Client being banned from future use of the Paddock)
• The Client will not allow their dog(s)to dig in any part of the Paddocks. If your dog (s) cause damage please inform us immediately so that we can repair it.
• Dogs should not be left unattended at anytime. You should accompany your dog(s) to ensure you are aware of what they are doing and are safe and complying with these terms and conditions.
• At no time should dogs be tethered to any structures – fencing, posts, gates etc:
• Parking of vehicles is only permitted in the designated parking area.
• Arrival. Please do not arrive before your booked time. Wait outside the car park until it is your time. Departure. Please make sure you depart the car park by the end of your booked time.
• If you arrive late for your start time you must still leave at the end of your booked time.
• The Client must not climb on any gates, fences, posts or obstacles at anytime.
• The Client will not interfere or make any alteration to the layout of the Paddock.
• The boundary and security of the Paddocks are checked regularly, but if a Client notices a problem, they should inform us immediately.
• The Client will ensure that no noise nuisance will be caused to neighbours.
• The gate code will be available after payment.
• The gate codes are subject to change at anytime.
